The São João de Braga Race returns on June 21, 2026, organized by Runporto.com, to enliven one of the city's most iconic festivities. Starting and finishing at Av. João Paulo II, this event combines sport and tradition in a lively morning for athletes and families.

The 12 km urban race route runs through Braga's main avenues and streets, offering a dynamic and accessible challenge. Alongside, a 5 km walk invites everyone to participate in a relaxed, non-competitive way, perfect to enjoy the São João spirit actively.

• Walk – 5 km · Start 09:30 · Open participation, non-competitive

⏰ Schedule

• June 20: Kit pickup from 10:00 to 19:00 at Av. Mestre José Veiga
• June 21: Kit pickup from 08:00 to 09:00 at Av. Mestre José Veiga
• June 21: Start at 09:30 at Av. João Paulo II

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, Vitalis water supplies at 3, 6, 9 km and finish line, access to showers at Complexo Desportivo da Rodovia, cloakroom, and finisher medal.

🏆 Prizes Awards for top overall and age group finishers in the 12 km race. Walk is non-competitive with no prizes.
