Discover the natural beauty of Tondela at the 10th edition of the Trail Rota dos Espigueiros, a trail running event that challenges you to explore amazing trails and feel nature with every step.

Organized by ARCAPA, this event takes place on August 2, 2026, with start and finish in Caparrosinha, parish of Caparrosa – Silvares, municipality of Tondela. The event includes three main races and a cultural walk, featuring the Long Trail of 31 km, the 22 km Trail, and the Short Trail of 15 km, all part of the National Trail Running Circuit.

The courses consist of paths, trails, levadas, forest roads, and small asphalt sections, crossing the Caramulo mountain range and rural areas, offering a technical and stunning experience. The race is semi-self-sufficient, with solid and liquid aid stations along the way.
