🚵‍♂️ Coutos Natura Challenge 2026

The Coutos Natura Challenge is the largest trail running event in the Viseu district, now in its 4th edition on September 27, 2026. Organized by the Associação Cultural Recreativa Desportiva DATUS in partnership with local parish councils and the Municipality of Viseu, this event combines sport, nature, and culture for a unique experience.

The routes cross the parishes of Coutos de Viseu, Bodiosa, São Miguel do Mato, and Ribafeita, featuring technical, wild, and challenging trails, including granite formations, stream crossings, and forest roads. The race is circular, with distances of 30km, 20km, 10km, and a 10km walk, all clearly marked.

• 08:30 – Mandatory gear check (Long and Short Trail)

• 09:30 – Start Mini Trail
• 09:45 – Start Walk
• 13:00 – Awards ceremony
• 18:00 – Event closing

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, solid and liquid refreshments, finisher medal, lunch, medical assistance, timing (except walk), buff/gaiter (free), optional technical socks and t-shirt.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 overall male and female in each race, trophies for top 3 teams per distance and for the largest team.
