🚒 Coutos Natura Challenge 2026

The Coutos Natura Challenge is the largest Trail Running event in the Viseu district, organized by Associação Cultural Recreativa Desportiva Datus and local partners. In its 4th edition, it combines sport, nature and culture, promoting athletic practice in inland territories with an eco-friendly footprint.

The courses are circular, technical, wild and challenging trails through the parishes of Coutos de Viseu, Bodiosa, São Miguel do Mato and Ribafeita. Athletes cross granite formations, streams and dirt roads, facing natural challenges like mud and water crossings. The route is well marked with ribbons and signage for easy navigation.

🎽 Registration includes Race participation, sports insurance, bib, solid and liquid refreshments (no disposable cups, bring your own container), finisher medal, lunch, medical assistance, timing (except walk), technical buff/gaiter (gift).

🏆 Awards Trophies for top 3 overall men and women in Long, Short and Mini Trail; trophies for top 3 teams per distance; trophy for the largest team.

🏅 Circuit Independent event promoted by Associação Datus with Viseu municipality and local parishes.
