Get ready for the challenge of the XIII Trail do Sor, taking place on September 6, 2026, in Ponte de Sor, Alto Alentejo! Organized by the Clube de Atletismo Trail Runners da Ponte, this event is part of several national and district trail circuits, offering routes for all levels and ages.

The course runs on marked trails with rough terrain, dirt roads, and natural obstacles, exploring the beautiful hills and valleys around the Sor River. Start and finish are located between the Pools and the old tennis court in the riverside area of Ponte de Sor.

Semi-self-sufficient race with solid and liquid aid stations. Athletes must bring their own drinking container as disposable cups will not be provided.

• Mini Trail (run or walk) – ±10 km · Start 08:35 · Walking from 12 years
• Trail Kids – 50 m to 1 km · Start 08:40 · Ages 5 to 13

• Sunday, Sept 6: 05:30–08:35 – Registration desk 08:00 – Long Trail start 08:20 – Short Trail start 08:35 – Youth and Mini Trail start 08:40 – Trail Kids start 12:00 (estimated) – Awards ceremony

🎽 Registration includes Personalized bib with chip (except walk), sports insurance, solid and liquid aid, finisher prize, event souvenir, and optional lunch.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 overall and age groups in Long, Short and Youth/Mini Trail races. Team prizes and special awards for oldest finishers.
