🚴‍♂️ VII Paladea La Oliva 2026 - A unique sporting experience in Fuerteventura

The 7th edition of Paladea La Oliva takes place from May 6 to 10, 2026 in Villaverde, La Oliva, Las Palmas. Organized by Club Balonmano Caima Fuerteventura, this event blends sport and culture with a food fair and live music, offering MTB, trail running, and hiking races for all levels.

The courses traverse the stunning landscapes of Fuerteventura, starting in Lajares and finishing at the Paladea tent in Villaverde. The MTB XC race covers 45 km, while the trail race and hiking route are both 10 km. Participants will enjoy liquid and solid refreshments at strategic points, medical support, and a sweep vehicle for safety.

• Mountain Bike XC Race – 45 km · Start 10:00 (May 9) · Limit 400 participants · Minimum age 15
• Trail Race – 10 km · Start 10:00 (May 10) · Limit 300 participants · Minimum age 15
• Hiking Route – 10 km · Start 10:15 (May 10) · Limit 300 participants · Minimum age 15

⏰ Schedule

• Friday 05/08: 17:00-20:00 – Bib and t-shirt pickup at Paladea tent, Villaverde
• Saturday 05/09: 08:00-09:00 – MTB bib pickup; 09:00 – Free bus to Lajares; 10:00 – MTB start; 12:30 – MTB awards ceremony
• Sunday 05/10: 08:00-09:00 – Trail bib and hiking t-shirt pickup; 09:15 – Free bus to Lajares; 10:00 – Trail start; 10:15 – Hiking start; 13:00 – Trail awards ceremony

🎽 Registration includes Bib and timing chip (except hiking), accident and liability insurance, liquid and solid refreshments during race and finish, participant meal at Paladea tent, and event gift.

• MTB: Trophies for top 3 overall men and women plus categories (Cadet, Junior, U23, Elite, M30, M40, M50, M60) with minimum 3 participants
• Trail: Trophies for top 3 overall men and women
