The 5th edition of Izki Trail takes place on September 6, 2026, organized by the Cultural Association Karrantan – Oskarbi, a non-profit entity dedicated to cultural, recreational, and sporting promotion in the region. The race is almost entirely within Izki Natural Park, promoting environmental conservation and local heritage, with all proceeds aimed at nature preservation.

The course starts and finishes at Gerardo Lopez de Guereñu square in Apellaniz, offering a mountain trail challenge through beech and chestnut forests in a privileged natural setting. This event is a unique opportunity to experience nature and local culture, boosting the local economy and social life.
