🚵‍♂️ UTTERRONKA 2026 - Challenge the Mountains of Gipuzkoa

Welcome to the second edition of Tolosaldea Ultratrail Erronka, a trail running race that challenges you to conquer 11 peaks and 10 villages over an 81 km route with 4,830 m of accumulated positive elevation. Organized by Intxurre K.K.E club and Oria Sport Wear, this event will be the Euskadi Ultra Championship 2026.

The start and finish are in Alegia, Gipuzkoa, and the route passes through emblematic towns and mountains of the Tolosaldea region, including Albiztur, Hernialde, Irura, Berastegi, Elduaien, Gaztelu, Lizartza, and Altzo, and peaks such as Intxurre, Ubeltz, Erniozabal, among others.

The race can be done individually (Ultra distance) or in relay teams of two, with a relay exchange point in the Izaskun neighborhood of Ibarra. This is a highly demanding technical and physical race with careful marking and mandatory checkpoints to ensure safety.

🎽 Registration includes Bib, chip, accident and liability insurance, runner's bag, medical assistance, liquid and solid aid stations (no cups, bring your own container), ID wristband, and mandatory gear checks.

Mandatory gear includes suitable footwear, hooded windbreaker, thermal blanket, minimum 1L liquid container, mobile phone with battery, headlamp and rear red light for night, cap or visor, long tights or pants, and in adverse weather waterproof jacket, gloves, and thermal mid-layer.
