The 8th edition of Trilhos da Nexebra Trail - TNT® takes place on May 10, 2026, in Ansião, organized by the Nexebra Trail Team of Associação Lusitano Ginásio de Chão de Couce (LGCC). This trail running event showcases the natural beauty of Chão de Couce parish and promotes healthy habits, offering races for all levels and ages.

The course runs through natural and rural trails, starting and finishing at the Chão de Couce Leisure Area next to LGCC Football Field. The races vary in difficulty, from easy routes for walking and youth to technical trails for longer distances. The Up/Down Nexebra race is held on Saturday with a separate timed course.

• Walk 12K – 12 km · Start 09:30 · Cutoff 4h30 · 300 participants · 370m ascent
• Up/Down Nexebra 2.5K – 2.5 km · Saturday 18:30 · Cutoff 1h
• Kids – Saturday 15:30
