Vizela Triathlon

🚴 Vizela Triathlon 2026

The Vizela Triathlon is organized by the Municipality of Vizela with technical support from the Portuguese Triathlon Federation. This edition includes the Northern Youth Championship and an Open Race, both held in Cross Triathlon format with distances adapted for youth and juvenile categories.

The event takes place at the Caldas de Vizela Thermal Park and along the Vizela River banks, featuring swimming in a river circuit, cycling on dirt and grass paths, and running on flat terrain by the river, with start and finish at the Transition Park.

⏰ Schedule July 4, Saturday: 13:30–14:30 – Registration desk (near Transition Park) 13:40–14:40 – Check-in and technical inspection 14:45 – Transition Park closes 14:45 – Technical Delegate meeting with coaches 15:00 – Race start 18:00 – Check-out and equipment collection 18:30 – Awards ceremony

🎽 Registration includes Participation and classification, solid and liquid refreshments, personal accident insurance.

🏆 Prizes Individual trophies for top 3 male and female in each Youth category and top 3 overall in Open Race. Team trophies for clubs in Youth Triathlon.
