Trail Terras de Oiã is a trail running event held in the parish of Oiã, Oliveira do Bairro, organized by Associação Jovem Oianense and the OiãRunners team. In 2026, it celebrates its annual edition with challenging and scenic routes through local rural and forest trails, promoting sport and community in the beautiful Bairrada region.

The courses mainly follow paths, trails, forest roads, and some asphalt, crossing villages and natural areas. The start and finish are at Parque Verde in the town of Oiã, with clear markings and control points to ensure athlete safety.

• Short Trail – ±16 km · Start 09:30 · Cutoff 4h · Minimum age 15 · Limit 400 participants
• Mini Trail – ±8 km · Start 10:00 · Cutoff 3h · Minimum age 15 · Limit 200 participants
• Kids Trail – ±1 km · Start 11:50 · Non-competitive · Up to 12 years · Limit 50 participants
• Walk – ±8 km · Start 10:00 · Non-competitive · Open to all · Limit 400 participants

⏰ Schedule Saturday, July 25: 17:00 – Secretariat opens at Junta de Freguesia de Oiã (bib, chip and kit pickup) 19:00 – Secretariat closes

Sunday, July 26: 08:00–09:30 – Secretariat open at Junta de Freguesia de Oiã 08:45 – Long Trail briefing 09:00 – Long Trail start 09:30 – Short Trail start 10:00 – Mini Trail and Walk start 10:40 – Estimated arrival of first athlete 11:50 – Kids Trail start 12:00 – Awards ceremony at Parque Verde 12:30 – Lunch at Junta de Freguesia de Oiã 18:00 – Event closes

🎽 Registration includes Personal accident insurance, bib with integrated chip, massages, timing, showers, solid and liquid refreshments during the race, finisher medal, and gifts.

🏆 Prizes Cash prizes for top 3 men and women in Long and Short Trail (1st: €70, 2nd: €40, 3rd: €20). Trophies for top 3 by age group in Long and Short Trail. Mini Trail awards top 3 overall M/F. Trophies for top 3 teams in Long, Short, and Mini Trail. Prize for the most numerous team.
