🏔️ TRAIL SERRA DAS FLORES 2026

The 5th edition of the Trail Serra das Flores takes place on May 31, 2026, in Gondomar, Melres and Medas. Organized by Associação S4L with local co-organization, this event gathers about 1200 participants across three circular, non-stop trail races through beautiful forest trails and paths.

The courses mostly consist of trails and forest roads with some paved sections, crossing public and private lands, requiring participants' full attention. Start and finish are at Escola Básica e Secundária à Beira Douro in Medas.

The event is semi-self-supported, with solid and liquid aid stations where runners must bring their own cup. Electronic timing with chip bibs is used, and strict cutoff times ensure safety and smooth race flow.

• Caminhada Trail Serra das Flores (CTSF 10) – 10 km · Start 09:40 · Cutoff 3h · Minimum age 6 (non-competitive)
