Trail Limits Vs Mind is a trail running event that challenges your physical and mental limits, held in Aldeia Nova, Trancoso, a region known for its natural landscapes and rural trails. Organized as part of the Professional Aptitude Test project by the Communication, Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising course at the Professional School of Trancoso, this event offers a unique experience of personal overcoming and community spirit.

The routes are circular, starting and finishing at the Aldeia Nova Parish Council, passing through trails, dirt roads, forest paths, and streams, with steep elevation and technical terrain. The race is semi-self-sufficient, with aid stations where you should bring your own hydration container.

🏔️ Races Long Trail – 19 km · Start 09:00 · Cutoff 4h · Minimum age 16 Short Trail – 12 km · Start 09:00 · Cutoff 4h · Minimum age 16 Walk – 7 km · Start 09:10 · Open participation, children under 10 must be accompanied

⏰ Schedule May 16 (Saturday): 15:00 – 19:00 — Race office (Aldeia Nova Parish Council) May 17 (Sunday): 07:30 – 08:30 — Race office 09:00 — Start Long and Short Trail 09:10 — Start Walk 12:00 — Lunch and musical entertainment 14:00 — Awards ceremony (may be earlier)

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, aid stations, hot showers, food at finish line, and event gifts.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for the top 3 male and female overall in Long and Short Trail. Age group prizes (U23, Seniors, Veterans M40, M50, M60+) for top 3 male and female finishers. Walk has no classification.
