The Intermunicipal 3H Endurance MTB Cup 2026 is an exciting mountain bike endurance competition consisting of six races held across various municipalities in the Lisbon region. Organized by the Lisbon Cycling Association in partnership with local clubs, this cup offers amateur and licensed riders a unique chance to test their endurance and skills on challenging circuits.

Courses range from 4 to 7 km for the main 3-hour race and from 1 to 3 km for the youth races, with specific distances for younger categories. The race uses a box start system and is held on circuits marked with tapes and signs, ensuring safety and clarity for all participants.

⏰ General Schedule Each stage has specific start times, generally between 9 AM and 7 PM depending on the municipality and date. Registration opens 2 hours before the race for bib and chip collection.
