Experience the ultimate long-distance triathlon adventure in the Sierra de Segura, Jaén. Organized by the Segura Extreme Sports Club, this extreme event combines swimming, cycling, and trail running in a stunning natural setting.

This "Extreme" triathlon is known for its challenging segments: 3.6 km swim in the Tranco reservoir, 176 km cycling with 4,000 m positive elevation, and a 43 km trail run with 1,900 m elevation gain, finishing at the historic Castle of Segura de la Sierra. Compete solo or in pairs with specific rules for each modality.
