Runcambra 2026

🏃 Runcambra 2026 – Run and Walk in Vale de Cambra!

Runcambra is a sporting event organized by the Municipality of Vale de Cambra and the Cultural and Recreational Association of Vale de Cambra, returning in 2026 to promote healthy habits and road running in central-northern Portugal.

The main race is the 10 km Mini Marathon, starting and finishing at Praça Comendador Álvaro Pinho da Costa Leite in the city center. The course is on roads with a maximum time of 1h45. There is also the Portuguese Walk on the previous evening and the Minirun for children and youth with age-appropriate distances.

🏔️ Races Mini Marathon 10 km – Start 09:45 · Cutoff 1h45 · Minimum age 18 years Portuguese Walk – Start 21:30 (May 16) · Open to all ages Minirun – Starts between 17:15 and 18:00 (May 16) · Distances 600m to 1.6km · For children and youth up to 17 years

⏰ Schedule May 16: 21:30 – Portuguese Walk May 17: 07:30 – Secretariat opens 09:45 – Mini Marathon 10 km start

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, liquid and solid refreshments in Mini Marathon, t-shirt for Mini Marathon and Minirun, medal for Minirun participants, finisher gifts for those completing the course with bib and chip.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 overall men and women in Mini Marathon, age group prizes, diplomas and medals for Minirun participants.
