Rota Pedalar & Paladar is a non-competitive MTB event taking place on May 10, 2026, organized by the Humanitarian Association of Volunteer Firefighters of Pampilhosa da Serra. This unique experience combines the joy of cycling with local gastronomy on a leisure route across Pampilhosa da Serra municipality.

The route is approximately 46 km with 1400 meters of elevation gain, mostly on rural roads and dirt trails. Start and finish are at the Pampilhosa da Serra Firefighters' Headquarters, with bib pickup from 08:00 and race start at 09:00.

Ideal for MTB enthusiasts seeking a moderate challenge combined with a gastronomic experience, featuring 9 refreshment stations offering local snacks and drinks. Helmet use is mandatory and the bib must be visible on the bike throughout the course.
