The 4th Rota de Lafões BTT takes place on June 7, 2026, in Oliveira de Frades, organized by the Municipality of Oliveira de Frades together with the Union of Parishes of Oliveira de Frades, Souto de Lafões, and Sejães. This event offers mountain biking enthusiasts a unique chance to explore trails, singletracks, and rural paths with stunning landscapes and lively atmosphere.

The event features two competitive races: a Marathon of about 50 km and a Half Marathon of about 25 km, both with medium to high technical and physical difficulty, plus a leisure cycling tour along the Vouga Ecopista of 15 to 20 km with easy difficulty. A 10 km walking option is also available.

The routes start and finish at the Urban Park of Oliveira de Frades, crossing open roads, trails, and rural areas. The course is marked with orange signs and ribbons, with black arrows on yellow plates indicating directions and hazards. Helmet use and traffic rules compliance are mandatory.
