🚶‍♂️ III Rota das Lagoas 2026

The third edition of Rota das Lagoas takes place on November 22, 2026, in Almoster, Alvaiázere, organized by Associação Almoster Mais Ativa with support from the Municipality of Alvaiázere and the Parish of Almoster. This sports and leisure event features Trail Sprint, Trail Youth, and Walking races, promoting socializing, health, and well-being in nature.

The routes run through trails around the local lagoons, with approximate distances of 20 km (Trail Sprint), 12 km (Trail Youth), and 10 km (Walking). The event is semi-self-sufficient with solid and liquid refreshment stations along the course.

• Walking – 10 km / 260 m ascent · Start 09:20 · Cutoff 4h00 · Minimum age 6 (minors accompanied)

🎽 Registration includes Bib, insurance, refreshments during the race, lunch (pork sandwich and soup), event t-shirt (guaranteed for registrations until 15/11/2025, afterwards subject to stock), and gifts.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 overall male and female finishers in Trail Sprint and Trail Youth, and for top 3 in each age group. Trophies for top 3 teams and prizes for the largest team (ham, sausages, bottle).
