🚧 Póvoa de Lanhoso Urban Fit 2026

The Póvoa de Lanhoso Urban Fit is an urban obstacle race challenging athletes to overcome 35 obstacles over approximately 10 km, blending natural and urban environments. Organized by Urban Fit Race with support from the Póvoa de Lanhoso City Council, this charity event offers a unique competition and personal challenge experience.

The race starts and finishes in the town center of Póvoa de Lanhoso, with the course marked by flags and tapes, featuring natural and artificial obstacles such as wooden pyramids, walls, tires, puddles, stairs, and trenches. The race demands physical effort and technique, with clear rules for obstacle completion and penalties for non-compliance.

🏔️ Variants Elite – Individual male and female race, starting in the first wave, mandatory to overcome all obstacles without assistance, penalty with wristband removal if failed but finisher prize awarded. · Start 15:00 · Minimum age 14 · Cutoff 2h30 Warrior – Individual and team race (minimum 3 athletes), obstacles can be skipped with a penalty of 20 burpees. · Start 15:00 · Minimum age 14 · Cutoff 2h30 Kids – Adapted race for children aged 3 to 12, divided into two age groups, with suitable course and obstacles, all receive finisher prize and t-shirt. · Start 11:00 · Age 3-12

🎽 Registration includes Bib, mandatory chip, sports insurance, refreshments, finisher prize, option to purchase technical t-shirt for €7.

🏆 Prizes Elite: "Póvoa Man Fit 2026" prize for best male time and "Póvoa Woman Fit 2026" for best female time, both completing all obstacles. Warrior: "Póvoa Man Fit 2026" and "Póvoa Woman Fit 2026" prizes for best individual times, and "Póvoa Team Fit 2026" for best team (time of first 3 finishers). All participants receive a finisher prize.
