Discover the thrilling open water swimming crossing in Lekeitio, organized by Garraitz Kirol Taldea. This is the 27th edition of an event challenging swimmers to cross 1900 meters along the Basque coast, combining effort, technique, and the natural beauty of the Cantabrian Sea.

The race starts at 16:00 on June 27, 2026, with gear pickup (cap, chip, and t-shirt) from 14:30 at Lekeitio square. The course follows the local coastline, with time control and enhanced safety including support boats for those unable to finish within the 35-minute cutoff.
