🚴 La Vaqueira 2026: Experience a unique cycling event in Asturias!

La Vaqueira 2026 is the second edition of this cycling tour organized by Club Deportivo Ciclistas por una Causa, inviting you to discover the beauty of the Vaqueira region in western Asturias. More than just a sporting event, it offers charming roads, spectacular landscapes, rich cultural and gastronomic offerings, and the chance to support the fight against gynecological cancers.

The event features two routes: La Vaqueira (101 km, 1550 m elevation gain) and La Vaqueirona (118 km, 1950 m elevation gain). Both routes run on open roads with controlled speed and regrouping to ensure safety and compliance with traffic regulations. The start is at 09:00 near the Luarca sports center.

Along the route, solid and liquid refreshments are provided. Electric bikes are allowed with a specific category. Wearing a helmet is mandatory, and all participants must follow the organizers' and security forces' instructions.
