IX Águeda Triathlon

🚴‍♂️ IX Águeda Triathlon 2026

The IX Águeda Triathlon is jointly organized by Desportivo Atlético de Recardães and the Águeda City Council, with technical support from the Portuguese Triathlon Federation (FTP). This event includes the Northern Youth Championship and the Northern Absolute Championship, offering open races for all athletes. It takes place on September 26-27, 2026, in Águeda municipality, featuring triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, and aquathlon races, with distances adapted for youth and sprint distances for adults.

The races take place in central Águeda, with swimming in the Águeda River near Jardim and Largo 1º de Maio, and cycling and running segments on the city's avenues and streets. The Youth Triathlon includes BTT segments on dirt, grass, and asphalt paths, while the sprint races are held on paved roads with low difficulty.

🎽 Registration includes Participation and classification, solid and liquid refreshments, personal accident insurance.

🏆 Prizes Individual and team trophies for multiple categories and age groups, including male, female, age groups, clubs, and relays.
