🚵‍♂️ GTP Relays 2026: Challenge yourself in the Sierra de Guadarrama!

GTP Relays is an exciting team trail race organized by the Real Sociedad Española de Alpinismo Peñalara, taking place in Navacerrada, Madrid, on October 9, 2026. This is the relay category of the XVI Gran Trail Peñalara, an ultra-distance mountain race recognized as the Madrid Ultra Distance Championship.

The race runs through the stunning Sierra de Guadarrama, starting and finishing in Navacerrada. The course is split into two main legs for each team member, totaling approximately 103 km and 5,100 m of elevation gain, with a final joint leg of 1 km to the finish. The terrain is mountainous, with technical trails and breathtaking scenery. The race is semi-self-supported, with liquid and solid aid stations at key points.
