3 Santos Populares Athletics Grand Prix

🚀 28th Edition of the 3 Santos Populares Athletics Grand Prix 2026

Organized by Grupo Desportivo “3 Santos Populares”, this open race takes place on October 4, 2026, in Carregal do Sal. Welcoming federated and popular runners, it offers a unique sporting experience in a welcoming region.

The main race covers approximately 10.7 km, starting at the Casa/Museu Aristides De Sousa Mendes and finishing at the club headquarters in Póvoa de Santo Amaro. The juveniles race is about 4.5 km, starting near the Carregal do Sal City Hall. The walking event starts and finishes at the club headquarters.

There will be liquid refreshments, medical support with ambulances, and security by GNR. Shuttle buses transport athletes from finish to start, and changing rooms are available at the Parada Sports Gym.

• After race — Awards and social with sandwich and drink

🎽 Registration includes Bib, insurance for non-federated athletes, liquid refreshments, t-shirt for timely registrations, transport to start, access to changing rooms, sandwich and drink after the race.

🏆 Prizes Monetary prizes for top 10 male and female overall (1st place €300, 2nd €250, down to 10th €10). Age group prizes with trophies and monetary rewards (1st €30, 2nd €20, 3rd €10).
