One of the oldest and most iconic races in the region, held along the banks of the Zêzere River. Organized by the Municipality of Constância, this event is a running celebration that brings together athletes of all ages and levels during the Easter weekend festivities.

The event features youth races, a main 10 km road race, and a 5 km walking event, offering an inclusive and festive experience for the whole family.

The main race course is a mixed circuit of dirt and parallel paths, passing through the historic town center, with start and finish at Largo Cabral Moncada. The walk follows accessible routes along the riverbanks.

• Youth Categories – Distances from 300 m to 4,000 m · Starts between 09:30 and 10:40
• 10 km Race – Start 10:25 · Limit 600 participants
• 5 km Walk – Start 10:00 · Limit 250 participants

⏰ Schedule

• April 3: 15:00–19:00 – Bib and kit pickup at Espaço Cidadão
• April 4: 08:00–10:30 – Registration and bib pickup at Largo Cabral Moncada 09:30–10:40 – Youth races 10:00 – 5 km Walk start 10:25 – 10 km Race start Until end of day – Awards ceremony

🎽 Registration includes Bib, sports insurance, technical t-shirt, and commemorative gift for finishers.

• Trophies for top 3 overall male and female finishers in the 10 km race
• Trophies for top 3 in each age category in the 10 km and youth races
