About the Event
π Challenge your limits at the Feirense Backyard Ultra 2026!
The Feirense Backyard Ultra is a unique race inspired by the concept created by Lazarus Lake, organizer of the legendary Barkley Marathons. Organized by Feirense Trail and the Municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, this event takes place on August 15, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM at the Rodrigo Nunes Sports Complex, Europarque.
The course consists of a 6.706 km loop, marked with ribbons and night signaling, where athletes must complete each lap in under one hour to continue. The last person to complete a lap alone within the time wins. It is an extreme endurance challenge aiming to complete as many laps as possible.
