• Start Time (Elite): 9:30 AM — Cruz Quebrada
• Start Time (General): 9:30 AM — Deck of 25 de Abril Bridge, Gate No. 1
• Finish: Praça do Império, in front of Centro Cultural de Belém
• Time Limit: 3h00m (until 1:05 PM)

📏 Course

The EDP Lisbon Half Marathon covers 21,097 metres measured to World Athletics standards.

• Elite athletes start at Cruz Quebrada (exclusive to high-performance athletes with a sub-1h05m time in the last 3 years; women: sub-1h20m).
• General athletes start on the deck of the 25 de Abril Bridge, south-to-north direction, next to Gate No. 1.
• Elite athletes join the general field on the 25 de Abril Bridge from km 7.
• Common finish for all: Praça do Império.

The course is certified by World Athletics and timed using the MyLaps Pro-Ship system for Elite athletes.

🎽 Participation Kit Collection

Kit collection takes place at Sport Expo, Centro de Congressos de Lisboa:

⚠️ No kits will be distributed on race day.

Athletes must present their registration confirmation or printed online registration document, along with a valid ID.

The Participation Kit includes:

• ✅ 1 Bib with electronic chip
• ✅ 1 Individual equipment bag
• ✅ Sponsor gifts and information

🚂 Getting to the Start

The start is on the 25 de Abril Bridge. The only way to access the start area is by Fertagus train, exiting at Pragal station.

• Fertagus trains are free for participants upon showing their bib.
• Public transport (metro, buses, trains) is also free for those travelling to Fertagus stations.
• The walk from the station to the start area takes 10–15 minutes.

⚠️ Only athletes with a bib will be allowed access to the start area. Spectators are not permitted on the bridge.

• No bag drop for EDP Half Marathon participants
• Official results: 15 days after the race
• Pacers: <4:00 min/km, <4:30 min/km, <5:00 min/km, <5:30 min/km

🚫 Prohibited Items

No bicycles, animals, prams, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters or motorised devices. No glass bottles or objects that could generate violence.

🏥 Medical Assistance

Medical assistance is provided throughout the course and at the finish area, where a medical tent will be set up.
