The Lekeitio Youth Duathlon will take place on April 26, 2026, organized by the Bizkaia Triathlon Federation and Lekeitio Garraitz Sports Club. The event is held entirely in the port of Lekeitio and is open to school-age youth from benjamins to cadets. The race starts and finishes in front of the plaza stairs, combining running and cycling.
Participants begin with a run along the priests' pier, then take their bikes from the designated boxes and cycle around the port near the crane. The bike route is on cobblestone pavement, and helmet use is mandatory. The race finishes with a final run back to the pier and ending at the start line.
