The Youth Duathlon of S. José is a dynamic and challenging event organized by Grupo Desportivo da Goma in partnership with the Municipality of Póvoa de Lanhoso and supported by the Portuguese Triathlon Federation. Taking place on June 20, 2026, this cross duathlon is specially designed for young athletes with distances adapted to each age group, promoting sport and healthy competition.

The races take place at Parque do Pontido, Póvoa de Lanhoso, featuring trails on dirt, grass, and asphalt, offering a technical and fun challenge. The event includes a first run, cycling segment, and a second run, with specific distances for each category.

🎽 Registration includes Participation and classification, solid and liquid refreshments, personal accident insurance, timing chip.

🏆 Prizes Individual trophies for top 3 in each category and gender. Team trophies for clubs ranked 1st to 5th.
