Discover the magic of Constância's trails in the 3rd edition of Confluência Trail, celebrating trail running and the beautiful Médio Tejo region.

Organized by the Municipality of Constância, this event takes place on November 22, 2026, offering several races for all levels, from the challenging Long Trail to the Walk and kids' races.

The courses run through natural trails with significant elevation gain, showcasing unique landscapes of the municipality. Start and finish are in Constância, with solid and liquid aid stations along the route. Mountain self-sufficiency and mandatory safety gear are required.

🎽 Registration includes Personal accident insurance, personalized bib, chip (for trail races), solid and liquid aid stations, showers, official finisher souvenir.
