🚵‍♂️ Batala Mendi Lasterketa 2026

Batala Mendi Lasterketa is a special social and sporting event held in the beautiful natural surroundings of Lazkao, organized by the Batala Mendi Lasterketa association. This project combines sport, culture, and values to build a more inclusive and cohesive community. It takes place on June 27, 2026, offering three modalities: a 30 km long race, a 12 km short race, and a 12 km mountain walk.

The routes cross the Aralar Natural Park and the natural surroundings of Lazkao, offering stunning views and environmental respect. Both races and the walk are well marked, with refreshment points providing food and drinks. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cup to protect the environment.

• Short Race – 12 km · Start 08:30 · Cutoff 2h · +350 m elevation gain · 16+ years (parental consent required)
• Mountain Walk – 12 km · Start 09:00 · Cutoff 6h · Under 15s must be accompanied by guardian
