The 8th edition of the Trail Summer Challenge S.A. takes place on July 5, 2026, at Praia Foz do Lizandro, Ericeira. This event promotes ecological and sustainable trail running, partnering with projects like @saveour_home_ and Plogging to encourage participants to leave only their footprints in nature.

The course starts and finishes at Praia Foz do Lizandro, featuring natural trails with stunning coastal views. Routes cover paths, hills, and valleys with varied terrain including grass, dirt, mud, sand, and loose stones. The race is semi-self-sufficient, with water stations available but athletes must carry their own hydration containers.

• 07:00 – 08:30: Registration (bib pickup) at Praia Foz do Lizandro deck
• 08:45: Briefing
• 09:00: Long Trail start
• 09:10: Short Trail start
• 09:15: Walking start
• 13:30: Race closure

🎽 Registration includes Bib, chip (except walking), liquid and solid refreshments, sports insurance, logistical support, finisher puzzle medal linked to the Challenge S.A. circuit, Vila Galé €20 voucher for all participants, and special prizes for category winners.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 male and female finishers in each category for long and short trails, prizes for largest team, oldest male and female athletes, and a Vila Galé double stay raffle.
