🚀 6th São Gonçalo Madonu Trail — Blind Edition 2026

Discover the unique adventure of the 6th São Gonçalo Madonu Trail, taking place on November 8, 2026, in Carapeços, Barcelos! A trail where you know where you start but not which path you will choose. No course revealed in advance, each athlete faces strategic decisions at key points along the route.

This event features an innovative "Blind Edition" concept, challenging participants to choose between two paths during the race: a shorter, more demanding one, or a longer, smoother one. An experience combining physical challenge, strategy, and discovery, perfect for trail runners and walkers.

The course runs mainly on trails, rural and forest paths, with clear signage and official decision points. Start and finish are in Carapeços, Barcelos. The race is semi-self-supported, with strategic aid stations, but athletes must manage their own hydration and nutrition.
