3rd Trail RAHC

🚵‍♂️ 3rd Trail RAHC 2026 Challenge yourself to push your limits in Riba de Ave, among trails, rivers, and hills. A unique experience for trail lovers seeking adventure and nature.

Organized by Riba de Ave Hoquei Clube with local partners, the event takes place on September 19-20, 2026. It features trail running races of various distances, an accessible walking route, and an educational Trail Kids race for children.

The courses run through the hills of Riba de Ave, Serzedelo, and Pedome, on trails, paths, and forest roads. Traffic is not fully closed, so participants must respect traffic rules and private property. The route is marked and offers solid and liquid refreshment points, but athletes must be self-sufficient and carry mandatory gear.

Sunday, Sept 20: 07:00 – Secretariat opens 09:00 – Long Trail start 09:15 – Short Trail start 10:00 – Sprint Trail and Walking start 12:00 – Awards ceremony 13:30 – Finish line closes 16:00 – Event ends

🎽 Registration includes Bib, personal accident and liability insurance, finisher medal for trails, event socks, solid and liquid refreshments, post-race snack, transport for withdrawals, showers.

🏆 Prizes Monetary prizes for top 6 overall M/F in Sprint, Short, and Long Trail (up to €125 for 1st). Trophies for top 3 overall and best teams.

🚶 Walking and Trail Kids Non-competitive walk accessible to all ages. Free educational Trail Kids races for children aged 5-15.

🌍 Location Riba de Ave, Vila Nova de Famalicão, Portugal. Start and finish at Didaxis.
