Challenge yourself to explore the magical trails of Almourol Castle and the stunning surrounding landscapes in Tancos in this unique trail and walking event!

Organized by União Desportiva de Tancos in partnership with Vila Nova da Barquinha Municipality and Tancos Parish Council, this 2nd edition takes place on December 5, 2026. A perfect opportunity for trail and walking enthusiasts, featuring approximately 10 km trail and 6 km walking routes.

The course runs through the trails of Almourol Castle and nearby natural areas, with start and finish at a to-be-defined location, offering an immersive experience in nature and local history. Participants must bring a headlamp for lighting and a water container to the aid station.

🎽 Registration includes Participation in chosen event, personal accident insurance, bib number, souvenirs, official technical t-shirt, liquid refreshment during the race, solid and liquid refreshment at finish, timing (except walking), finisher medal.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 male and female overall and age groups in Trail. Walking has no prizes.
