🏃 1st Espiga Race - Chamusca 2026

Celebrate tradition and sport at the inaugural Espiga Race in Chamusca, a popular event featuring races for all ages and a walk, promoting community and sport in the Ribatejo plains.

Organized by the Municipality of Chamusca with support from Associação Desportiva Chamusca Trail, this event takes place on May 10, 2026, during the Ascension Festivities, offering a unique experience across flat fields and well-maintained dirt roads.

The main 10 km race is completely flat, starting and finishing at Largo do Jardim do Coreto, combining asphalt and dirt paths. There is also a 5 km walk and youth races on urban pavement, ensuring sport for everyone.

🎽 Registration includes Backpack, T-shirt, tourist guide, cup, wristband, lunch voucher, bib, insurance, and refreshments.

🏆 Prizes Trophies for top 3 overall male and female finishers, by age groups, and for mixed relays. Medals for 4th to 10th place in youth categories.
